Spring is in the air! As more and more countries open, we’re at the ready for active travelers who want to hit the best global trails and roads with friends, family and colleagues. Gray & Co. team members just back from Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Sardinia, Veneto, Ireland and Mallorca report that all these destinations – and more – are now well positioned to welcoming us back. Last week, I watched the lake ice crack and then melt in my native Canada while hiking, biking, skiing and horseback riding in British Columbia. The country offers myriad active travel experiences for all ages — from the west coast’s Gulf Islands, Whistler and Tofino all the way to the eastern tip of Newfoundland (a stay at Fogo Island, anyone?). Don't forget Alberta's Rocky Mountains, Manitoba's polar bears and Quebec's cultural wonders. Consider a summer or fall trip north this year to our home and native land.
