How about a zip line, via ferrata, horseback ride, rock climb or hike?  Take time to learn—visit a coconut plantation, local school, or check out the animal sanctuary. We surveyed our team and came up with these G.O.A.T.(D.)—Greatest of All Time (Destinations):  the southwest of Ireland for its lesser-known Beara Peninsula, where biking or hiking up the Healy Pass is a stunner; Mallorca for its myriad trails and rides with sweeping Mediterranean views; tiny Uruguay for white sand beaches and quiet roads. Then there are the foothills of the Alps in Northern Italy, the vineyards of South Africa, the rugged terrain of Australia…there are just too many to G.O.A.T.(D.) to name!
