Kayaking in the Gulf Islands - British Columbia, Canada
Notes from the road
Blame Canada
Come join us this summer in our own backyard! This is the season to explore Whistler’s many land- and water-based delights, as well as, greater British Columbia’s lesser-known gems, like the craggy Gulf Islands, between Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
Alberta’s Rocky Mountain resorts offer Turquoise lakes, epic hiking trails and glaciers, while moving east, Québec offers plenty of cycling and the outstanding Auberge St. Antoine hotel, in the heart of Québec City. At the easternmost end of the country, Fogo Island Inn is Canada’s newest architectural darling with hiking trails and artists galore.
